Total Network Inventory kann ALLE entfernten Computer nach einer breiten Palette der Information scannen und diese Information in der zentralisierten Datenbank behalten.
Total Network Inventory wurde mit Rücksicht auf Benutzer entworfen, was sich in seinem Interface widergespiegelt hat, das eine schnelle und unaufdringliche Navigation durch das Programm bereitstellt.
Das Hauptfenster des Programms ist in drei Bereiche aufgeteilt. Im linken Bereich befindet sich eine Struktur, die alle gescannten entfernten Computer anzeigt.
Klicken auf "Scanassistenten ausführen" Schaltfläche im Dialogfeld oder auf der Symbolleiste startet den Assistenten, der Sie durch fünf Schritte der Scankonfiguration begleitet.
Total Network Inventory kommt mit einem Berichts-Generator, der Ihnen ermöglicht, mit einigen Klicken auf eine Schaltfläche Berichte zu erzeugen.
Manchmal sind Berichte einige Seiten lang. Es kann schwer sein, auf einigen Seiten eine besondere Datei zu finden. Für solche Fälle bietet der Berichts-Generator Option "Finden", die Ihnen ermöglicht, einen Textstring anzugeben, um danach im Bericht zu suchen, und wenn er gefunden ist, wird der Bericht automatisch zu diesem String geblättert. |
